Jake and John, brothers-in-law, moved back to Tallahassee in 2003 after gaining important industry experience elsewhere. Jake oversaw new home construction for John Weiland Homes and Neighborhoods in Atlanta and Charleston. John's experience began in Charlotte in commercial construction for Trammell Crow Company, and then on to high end residential construction. They bring these fresh ideas to each project.
